Welcome to Cambridge Adult Team Sports Inc. Team Management System. This system was created so captains can easily email waivers and league policies to all team members and track which members have/ have not signed his / her waiver or acknowledged league policies. It is also where captains go to enter scores. *PLEASE NOTE: It is the captain’s responsibility to ensure all team members, substitute players and spectators who wish to be in the playing area are entered on the team roster and accepts the waiver and agree to follow all league policies prior to participating or being in the playing area.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET UP YOUR TEAM ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
1) Click on the “Enter Team Roster” link above
2) Fill in your captain, assistant captain and team member names and email addresses
3) Click Submit! An electronic waiver will be sent to all team members! An email will also be sent to captains. Captains will need to click on the link sent to them to access their team account. They can view all members who have accepted the waivers from this account.
* RETURNING TEAMS: If you are a returning team, captains must still enter their team name, captain’s information and assistant captain’s information into the Team Management System for the current season; HOWEVER, if captains already entered their team roster in a previous season and the players already accepted the waiver, they do not need to add those players to the new season roster (new players, substitutes and spectators that wish to be in the play area should still be added); however, captains are then responsible for ensuring all team members are aware of all updated league policies. Returning Captains and assistant captains MUST sign the waiver and accept the league policies for each season before being placed on the schedule. This signifies that each captain and assistant captain has read any updated policies and agrees to pass them along to his / her team members.
